Parents scale school walls to help students cheat in exam in Bihar, India, 20 Mar 2015.

To be clear, governments in China and India are acting on this, and the riots that occurred in Zhongxiang Hubei were a direct response to the government crackdown on cheating: “我们要公平,不作弊,不公平!”

I’m glad no one is observing that repressive governments have undemocratically spurned the wishes of their peoples (civil society).
